The exhibition was founded in September 2001. It was held two times a year, and was held at the same time as the famous Italy fabric exhibition MODAIN (only open to European exhibitors). It was the first international fabric exhibition to be opened in Italy.
At the February 2006 exhibition, there were nearly 200 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions. The number of professional visitors was 4158, which came from 69 countries.
Among them are garment manufacturers, importers / wholesalers, designers and agents.
The number of international buyers is 1298, reaching 31% of the total number of visitors.
Women's prints, knitted fabrics, embroidered fabrics and cashmere fabrics and garments are welcomed by buyers.
Beginning in 2004, the organizers of the exhibition organized a "READYTOSHOW" Exhibition on the basis of market conditions, which was organized in conjunction with the Milan fabric exhibition in the same period. This makes it easier for buyers to purchase the complete clothing products at the same time.
