The textile industry in Shengze town of Wujiang has a strong foundation, bringing together more than 2300 textile enterprises, more than 6000 trading companies and more than 100 thousand shuttleless looms.

Owning a Chinese silk market, which is famous both at home and abroad, is the base for the dissemination of Chinese popular fabrics.

Holding the first Shengze Textile Expo is conducive to further strengthening Jiangsu's industrial advantages, integrating Jiangsu's industrial chain and promoting the pace of brand building in Jiangsu.

Xie Ming revealed in the keynote report that in 2013, Jiangsu textile industry achieved 1 trillion and 300 billion yuan in main business income, and has entered the ranks of trillions of industries for 4 consecutive years.
